We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager to generate external deal flow and build strategic commercial partnerships.
This is an outreach and growth-focused role — not internal admin. We need someone analytical, strategic, and persistent in pushing opportunities forward until they close.
What You’ll Focus On:
• Building relationships with insurance companies
• Connecting with property managers & facilities managers
• Engaging with local councils
• Monitoring and applying via tender portals
• Securing long-term commercial contracts
Requirements:
• Proven B2B business development experience
• Strong analytical skills (pipeline tracking, conversion rates, performance metrics)
• Ability to create and execute growth strategies
• Confident with outreach (email, calls, etc)
• Strong follow-up discipline — you don’t let opportunities go cold
• Organised, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Key Responsibilities:
