Die Rolle

Business Development Associate (BDA) – DACH
Standort: Berlin- Deutsch & Englisch

Als Business Development Associate (BDA) bei Piano arbeitest du eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen, um Enterprise-Opportunities für unsere Analytics-Lösungen in der DACH-Region aufzubauen.

Die Rolle ist strategisch, hands-on und stark marktnah. Du sprichst direkt mit Entscheidern, führst Discovery-Gespräche, bringst Markt-Insights zurück ins Team und hilfst aktiv dabei, unsere Pipeline in einer Region zu skalieren, die für Piano eine Schlüsselrolle spielt.

Was du machst

Pipeline von Grund auf aufbauen
Strategischer Outbound über Calls, E-Mails, LinkedIn und Events - smart, relevant, fokussiert.

Discovery-Gespräche führen
Du qualifizierst Leads, verstehst Business-Herausforderungen und sprichst mit Analytics-, Product- und Digital-Verantwortlichen.

Die Story verkaufen - nicht das Tool
Du zeigst, wie Piano Analytics reale Enterprise-Probleme löst und erkennst, wann ein Deal echtes Potenzial hat.

Sales & Marketing verbinden
Fokus-Accounts, Kampagnen, Messaging - du gestaltest aktiv mit.

Marketing Outreach
Product Releases, neue Features, Research, News, Partnerschaften - du nutzt Anlässe statt Templates.

Dein Netzwerk ownen
LinkedIn Sales Navigator ist dein Spielfeld. Du baust Beziehungen auf, nicht nur Kontaktlisten.

Daten sauber halten
Salesforce, Clay, Gong, SalesLoft – klare Pipeline, saubere Forecasts, kein CRM-Chaos.

Was du mitbringst

Erfahrung: 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Outbound / BDR / BDA – idealerweise im Enterprise-SaaS-Umfeld

Results-driven Mindset: Hunter-Mindset & echtes Ownership – du wartest nicht, du machst

Industry Know-how: Interesse an Digital Analytics und/oder Branchen wie Banking & Retail (Nice-to-have, kein Muss)

Wohnsitz: Berlin oder Amsterdam

Sprache: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2/Muttersprachlich) und English (auf professionellen Arbeitsniveau).
