About the Role
The Process Engineering - Business Analyst will focus on optimizing the entire data lifecycle— from extraction and processing to reporting, dashboard creation, and final analytical output. The primary goal is to streamline analytical processes to provide swift, highly visible, and accurate data-driven insights, ensuring the operations are scaled and efficient.

Key Expectations/Requirements (Process Engineering Focus)

Data Process Design & Automation: Design and build processes for automated data extraction, report/dashboard automation, and aligning stakeholders onto a common platform to increase data visibility. Execute these processes with the operations team and define SLA & KPI for the same.
Deep Business Analysis & Opportunity Spotting: Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems and opportunities for the business by scrutinizing operational and analytical workflows.
Business growth & Enhance profitability: Strong understanding of the business & ability to identify areas of focus/ opportunities to maximize business growth & enhance profitability
Performance Metrics Engineering: Develop robust metrics and action points that can be used to drive in-house and external operations performance improvement and scalability decisions. Partner with operations teams (in-house and external) to identify and track appropriate performance measures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and associated drivers.
Strategic Data Deployment: Work with data-engineering and data science teams on designing, building, and deploying data analytics systems for large data sets and extracting meaningful data for the operations team.
Executive Reporting & Automation: Create reports, dashboards, and automation to provide insights to all stakeholders. Design dashboards for merchant communications and automate them to supplement the effort of internal stakeholders.
Driving Targets: Drive team performance as per business objectives and strive for higher targets on a time-to-time basis.

Ownership & Drive: High sense of ownership in spotting and owning the end conclusion of identified initiatives—driving analytical projects and process changes from conception through successful deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability in making cross-functional collaboration work, specifically across Operations, Data Engineering, and Product teams, to implement process changes smoothly.
Detail-Oriented & Accuracy: Detail oriented with the ability to maintain the highest standards of accuracy in data reporting and process documentation.
Analytical & Technical Proficiency:Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with 7+ years experience working with real data.Innovative, strong analytical and algorithmic problem solver.
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), data extraction tools (Oracle, Hive, MySQL), and presentation (MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.

Education B.Tech or Equivalent .
