Job Description
Your mission:
As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you are the link between specialist departments, product organization, and data management in a dynamic, project-driven environment. You move confidently between strategic initiatives and solving acute operational challenges—no two days are the same.
At the interface between business, technology, and data, you act as a problem solver and innovation driver. You analyze complex functional and technical issues relating to the mapping of financial instruments in our core system eFront, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive the automation and optimization of our processes. With your sound understanding of data flows, processes, and modern technologies, you will create sustainable and scalable solutions that have a direct impact on our services. Our range of tasks is diverse—we are looking for both, generalists with broad interests and specialists with strong expertise in specific areas.
Your taks
Analysis and solution development
• Independent analysis of functional and technical issues in the context of mapping financial instruments (master data, transactions, KPIs) in our core system eFront and downstream systems
• Support with complex problems in day-to-day business that require in-depth analysis of processes and data flows
Projects and automation• Implementation of or participation in projects to expand, optimize, and automate our services in close cooperation with engineering teams, product managers, and specialist departments
• Development of pragmatic, sustainable solutions with a focus on feasibility and scalability
• Integration of modern technologies (AI workflows, process mining) into existing processes
Process optimization and data management• Identification of potential improvements in cross-departmental processes and development of appropriate solutions
• Design of functional and technical data models, taking into account downstream system solutions for reporting
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and specifications for process monitoring
Coordination and communication• Coordination with internal and external partners at various hierarchical levels
• Translation between functional requirements and technical implementation
Depending on your profile, you will focus on individual areas.
