Business Analyst II

Overview:
The Billing Operations team is looking for a Senior Analyst to drive our billing assurance strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a controls mindset. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end manual billing process at Mastercard working directly with product and finance business partners across the company. They will perform process analysis & design, project implementation and transition activities along with core operational billing.

Role:
•Works with key product and finance stakeholders and other resources to established service level agreements, define functional requirements, test and implement billing services.
•Execute daily, weekly, quarterly & annual billing for assigned products or services based on contractual terms and services rendered by Mastercard.
•Supervise and guide junior staff both onshore and offshore in completion of shared deliverables.
•Analyze billing data, research trends, identify issues and follow-up on resolutions.
•Respond to help desk inquiries within the Service Level Agreement [SLA] area of expertise, provide business knowledge and technical/functional support to business units.
•Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within area of responsibility; coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements.
•Research and resolve production billing issues and incidents related to your manual billing.
