We are offering an Internship opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in BPO industries (such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing) to be integrated with a local, yet international and innovative team.

The Role: Recruitment meets Sales Consultancy

You will act as a Consultant, managing the bridge between high-growth BPO companies and talent. You’ll need a "sales mindset" to pitch opportunities, negotiate expectations, and close placements.

• Location: Based in or willing to commute to Vila Nova de Famalicão.
• Language: Strong communication skills with a fluent/good level of English
• Mindset: You understand the BPO world (Call Centers, Sales, Tech Support) and enjoy the "hustle" of a sales-driven environment.
• Profile: Multicultural at heart. International experiences (Erasmus, volunteering, or travel) are highly valued.
