We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Analyst/Developer with strong expertise in distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, and enterprise-grade blockchain integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and integrating new blockchain networks, tokens, and stablecoins into scalable platforms, while ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

You will play a critical role in building and maintaining blockchain ecosystems by designing automation frameworks, validating integrations, and supporting end-to-end implementation. The role requires hands-on technical depth across blockchain protocols, node infrastructure, and API integrations, along with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams. You will also contribute to standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of blockchain processes in a fast-evolving environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Implement onboarding of new blockchain networks, stablecoins, and tokens into the platform
• Design and execute automation frameworks for efficient blockchain node onboarding
• Perform testing, validation, and audit routines for blockchain integrations
• Develop, deploy, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts
• Monitor blockchain network performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Enhance and maintain existing blockchain ecosystems and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom blockchain solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards
• Document workflows, processes, and technical implementations for consistency and scalability
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of blockchain infrastructure

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience in blockchain development or analysis with hands-on project exposure
• Proficiency in platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, or similar
• Solid expertise in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Go
• Experience with blockchain node setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721
• Experience in API integration and microservices-based architectures
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of blockchain security practices and vulnerability assessment is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and automation scripting (Python/Shell)
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments
