We are currently looking for a Billing Data Analyst, who will support the Billing & Metering section through data analysis, reporting, and automation, ensuring billing accuracy and enabling data‑driven decision making.
What will you do:
• Compile and export monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and present them to the manager
• Conduct data analysis with SQL and Excel to generate informative reports for the Billing Section
• Analyze data providing recommendations based on findings and insights
• Perform pre and post-billing mass validation checks and ensure the correct implementation of billing cycles
• Create, develop, test, and implement automated processes for the Billing section
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure billing accuracy
• Evaluate data sets to be used for further analysis and data implementation for data engineers and business intelligent engineers
• Collaborate with the Manager and Supervisors to understand section needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional sections to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions
What you need to be successful:
• A BSc in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a relevant applied science
• A MSc in Business, Finance, Economics or related field will be considered as an asset
• 2+ years of working experience in an similar role (preferably in energy sector)
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with databases (SQL Server)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Very good understanding of the energy industry
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Very good written and verbal communication in English
