IDEALFORCE has a potential CONTRACT-to-Hire position available immediately for a BigData/MongoDB Developer to join our customer in Los Angeles, CA. This is an ONSITE position. You are responsible to migrate large data sets that resides on Oracle/MySQL to MongoDB and
write efficient and complex SQL queries/procedures against them to support the BI initiative of the organization.
- You are responsible to drive architectures, patterns and strategies for making the best use of MongoDB.
- Develop configure and tune MapReduce programs to run on large clusters.
Experience designing and developing applications on any industry leading RDBMS.
- Strong, hands-on experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- B.A. / B.S. or equivalent work experience
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
