#BECA-AHE Executive Assistant to Head of AHE Operations and Head of Albacete Plant

Job Description:

The Head of Operations and Head of Plant in Albacete Executive Assistant trainee responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows:

Support the Head of Operations to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
Drumbeat milestones/commitments to ensure resolution on time.
Coordination with Executive Assistants across the organization in Airbus Spain and Airbus Helicopters to anticipate and follow up actions.
Prepare presentations to manage communication of key topics with several stakeholders, from Blue Collars to Executive management.
Contribute to manage agenda and prioritize the Head of Ops and Plant emails.
Support to organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Collaborate in coordinate travel arrangements.
Support Operations team at AHE on general administration and logistics arrangements.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
English & French.
