What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high quality features delivery.

• Conduct detailed design, coding, and unit testing based on requirements and design documents.

• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to elevating the team's technical capabilities.

• Develop and maintain distributed, robust and scalable programs deployed to Kubernetes environments that serve hundreds of millions of users.

• Support and debug production issues through on-call rotations.

What We're looking for:

• 3+ years of backend development experience.

• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

• Deep expertise in one or more backend languages: Golang, TypeScript, Python, or Java.

• Strong experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and backend microservices.

• Proficient in common data structures and algorithms with excellent coding habits and style.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to build consensus with stakeholders.

• Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.

• Quick learner for new technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Open-source contribution experience.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native tooling.
