ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Back Office CSR to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain OneDrive folders and organized file structures for new clients
• Create, update, and manage client and staff profiles in Central Reach
• Coordinate and manage scheduling changes for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Perform basic payroll support tasks, including PTO tracking and updates within payroll software
• Assist with general administrative duties and provide operational support as needed

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience (Back-Office)
• Payroll/Admin experience is a PLUS
• Central Reach software experience is an Advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Wiling to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
