ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Back Office Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities:
• Review and analyze pre-built dashboards and spreadsheets containing staffing metrics across facilities.
• Identify red flags and areas of concern, including but not limited to:
• Repeat offenders scheduled for overtime (OT) hours
• Overtime threshold violations
• Hours overages or shortages
• Overstaffing or understaffing trends
• Other metric-based compliance or efficiency issues
• Extract relevant, actionable insights specific to each facility.
• Draft and send clear, professional email communications outlining identified concerns and required actions.
• Track responses from facilities and ensure timely follow-up via email when responses are not received.
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and follow-up activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues according to defined processes (voice escalations handled by onshore team).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all communications.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of BPO experience handling a Back Office Role
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
