Azure Cloud Transformation Lead (Hands-on)

Misión del Puesto:

• Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la transformación completa de la infraestructura tecnológica hacia un modelo unificado en Azure.

• Asegurar seguridad, gobernanza, automatización y transferencia de conocimiento al equipo interno.

• Rol altamente hands-on, orientado a resultados y ejecución directa.

Responsabilidades:

• Remediación de riesgos críticos: implementar controles de seguridad como MFA, IAM; cerrar exposición pública; activar logging y alertas.

• Arquitectura objetivo en Azure: diseñar arquitectura segura y escalable con Azure Bastion, VNs segmentadas, Application Gateway + WAF, Private Endpoints.

• Modelo DevOps / Platform: diseñar e implementar Infrastructure as Code (Terraform obligatorio), gestión de configuración (Ansible) y Pipelines CI/CD (GitLab).

• Migración multi-cloud: ejecutar estrategia progresiva de migración desde AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean y OVH hacia Azure.

• Gobierno y modelo operativo: definir modelos de acceso (RBAC), políticas de compliance, estrategias de observabilidad y planes de recuperación (DR).

• Transferencia de conocimiento: formar y acompañar al equipo interno (3 personas), documentar procesos para operación autónoma.

Requisitos técnicos:

• Experiencia: 7 a 10 años en infraestructura/cloud, con experiencia liderando transformaciones tecnológicas completas.

• Certificación oficial Microsoft Azure (Nivel Avanzado / Arquitecto) requerida.

• Dominio obligatorio de Terraform; se valora conocimiento en Ansible.

• Experiencia en automatización CI/CD, preferiblemente con GitLab.

• Conocimientos avanzados en networking y seguridad cloud: VNets, routing, firewalls, IAM, Zero Trust y hardening de Linux.

• Experiencia en Docker; deseable conocimiento en Kubernetes o Azure Container Apps.

Perfil buscado:

• 100% hands-on con alta capacidad de ejecución y mentalidad de constructor.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos resistentes al cambio y con enfoque en reducción de riesgos.

• Inglés valorable.

Condiciones:

• Horario: lunes a viernes, 9:00 a 18:00 (hora España).
