We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are searching for someone that is a self-starter and works well with others. This person should be efficient and productive. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We have two locations and are currently interviewing for both.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.7 Google rating. We currently see approximately 200 cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. Our owner has been in the automotive field for over 25 years and our lead technicians understand the technician mindset. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our experienced technicians usually start making no less than $70k per year. Most make more than $85,000 per year.
