This role requires end-to-end ownership of automation including framework design, test coverage, reporting, CI/CD, and quality analytics.

Your Impact: What You’ll Do:
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Robot Framework + Python.
• Develop scalable mobile automation for Android & iOS using Appium (real devices, emulators/simulators).
• Implement API automation using Robot Framework/Python/Postman.
• Build and execute automated functional, UI, regression, and compatibility test suites.
• Set up parallel execution and distributed test runs to optimize execution time.
• Manage environment/configuration/data setup for automation.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Create and maintain test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics (Allure, Robot Reports, custom dashboards).
• Provide release readiness reports based on coverage, pass rate, defect trends, and automation stability.
• Implement flaky test detection and stabilization techniques.
• Use cloud device labs (BrowserStack/LambdaTest/Sauce Labs) for mobile testing.
• Troubleshoot failures and collaborate with developers for root cause analysis.
• Follow Git best practices and participate in code reviews.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years in Automation, including 2+ years in mobile automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appium (Android & iOS).
• Proficiency in Robot Framework and Python (custom libraries, keywords).
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong experience in API testing and automation.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Git/GitHub and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience with real devices, simulators, and emulators.

Good To Have:
• Strong debugging skills using ADB, logcat, and Xcode tools.
• Experience with BrowserStack / LambdaTest / Sauce Labs.
• Knowledge of Selenium/Playwright.
• Docker/containerized automation execution.
• Experience with advanced dashboards (Allure TestOps, Grafana).
• Basic performance testing exposure (JMeter/Locust).
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps environments.
