Your Mission

As an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll design and run AI-driven outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You’ll manage campaigns from end to end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms
• Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships
• Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments
• Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions
• Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing
