Position Summary
We’re looking for a curious and hands-on Automation Solution Specialist to help us streamline and scale our commercial processes. In this role, you’ll design smart automation workflows, work with AI-driven tools, and collaborate across teams to turn business needs into efficient, reliable solutions. What you’ll be working on
Design, build, and continuously improve scalable automation workflows that support commercial operations and reduce manual effort.
Create and refine prompt flows, validation logic, and confidence-scoring mechanisms to improve automation accuracy, quality, and trust.
Engineer resilient workflow orchestration, including queues, retries, failover, and exception routing, to ensure stable and reliable production performance.
Monitor solution performance across accuracy, processing time, throughput, and exception trends, and drive continuous improvement based on data.
Define clear exception-handling frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes for low-confidence or failed cases.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Data teams, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions.
Develop AI-powered extraction capabilities parsing and structured data inputs to transform operational data into reliable downstream actions.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Around 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, or automation-focused roles
Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation workflows in production environments
Familiarity with order or document processing (nice to have)
Experience working with APIs and event-driven architectures
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (OCR, NLP, prompt engineering, confidence scoring)
Experience working with modern development environments, including Codex IDE or similar AI-assisted coding tools
Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
