• Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost, time, and operational efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain lightweight microservices (Python/FastAPI or Go) to connect our systems via APIs and enable reliable internal data flows.
• Troubleshoot and operate automations and services in a cloud-native setup (GitHub, containers/Kubernetes, logs, alerts).
• Collaborate with HR, ERP, Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Document process flows, data mappings, and best practices for long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical/analytical field.
• Hands-on experience building backend services (Python/FastAPI or Go), working with APIs, and handling data transformations (SQL or simple transformations). 
• Experience integrating automation tools (e.g., n8n/Zapier) with internal APIs/microservices; ability to debug integrations end-to-end.
• Interest in automation tools, system integrations, and willingness to learn.
• Exposure to any ERP system integration platform (e.g., SAP CPI or Oracle OIC) would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English.
