• Analyse business processes and develop functional specifications in collaboration with business experts
• Assist in the design and testing of RPA solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across business domains to develop necessary analysis and documentation, ensuring effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams
• Frame projects and define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth
• Recommend technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
• Manage risks throughout project lifecycle
• Continuously improve monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to stakeholders
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that streamline data operations end-to-end
• Reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery of order processing and portfolio identification activities through automation
• Define best practices and reusable automation frameworks
• Required
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• English proficiency (Mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in application design, ideally in RPA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
• Experience in Agile practices
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Data Ops knowledge and understanding of ETL processes
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Ability to document and standardize processes effectively
• Deep understanding of RPA tools and Intelligent Automation applications
• Business process mapping and modelling
• Fluency in English
• Nice to Have
• Knowledge of the insurance business
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations
• UiPath Certified Business Analyst
• Experience working with JIRA
• Soft Skills
• Experience working with senior decision-makers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
