Job Summary :
Quantitative Analysis of TV Viewership (Star Vijay, Vijay Super & Tamil portfolio channels) Analyze Yumi data and provide actionable insights on viewership improvement and Analysis of RLD to identify sub clusters and micro trends including distribution and regional viewership patterns and Utilizing BI to analyze big data - Viewership dashboards, Quantitative Research Dashboards. Create quantitative AI tools for improving analysis and Movie scheduling automation. Presentations & reports for Star Vijay stakeholders (central team, finance, commercial, Production houses, internal).
About the team:
The team is responsible for delivering data-driven viewership insights for Star Vijay, Vijay Super, and Tamil portfolio channels. Key responsibilities include analyzing YUMI and RLD data to identify audience trends, regional patterns, and growth opportunities; leveraging BI tools to build viewership and research dashboards; developing AI-driven tools for advanced analysis and movie scheduling automation; and preparing actionable reports and presentations for internal teams, finance, commercial stakeholders, and production partners.

Key Responsibilities::
• Perform quantitative analysis of TV viewership for Star Vijay, Vijay Super, and Tamil portfolio channels using YUMI and RLD data.
• Identify audience trends, regional patterns, and growth opportunities through BI dashboards and quantitative research tools.
• Support development of AI-driven analytical tools and movie scheduling automation.
• Prepare and present actionable reports and insights to internal teams, finance, commercial stakeholders, and production partners.

Skills & Attributes for success::
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large viewership datasets (YUMI, RLD).
• Proficiency in BI tools and dashboarding for data visualization and insight generation.
• Working knowledge of AI/automation concepts for advanced analytics and scheduling support.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for business and programming teams.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

* Preferred Education & Experience::
• MBA from a Tier I campus, 2025 pass out.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or scheduling tools is an added advantage.
