Delta is looking to fill a full-time assignment coordinator position. This position handles the input of our business assignments into our database system and client portal systems. In addition, some social media searches may be conducted. Below is the desired criteria.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry efficiently and quickly
Utilize different programs in order to perform data entry tasks
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, referrals, and emails
Review files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion
Conduct verification via phone
Review files and documents and determine next steps based on the information reviewed
Manage client portals and pull the necessary information from said portals
Manage batch assignments that need to be pulled from portals and setup efficiently and quickly
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Must be detail-oriented
Must be organized
Ability to learn quickly
Strong problem solving skills
Good customer service skills
Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse
