Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will design and develop AI/ML models, work on data processing, model training, and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions for various business domains.
• Process, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design end-to-end AI solutions.
• Deploy models into production environments ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Research and integrate the latest AI/ML technologies and techniques to improve existing models.
• Document model design, processes, and provide technical support for deployed AI systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised learning, and deep learning algorithms.
• Proven experience in training, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI/ML deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Good problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), NLP, or computer vision techniques.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in agile environments and with version control tools such as Git.
