At Harambee, we’re on a mission to tackle youth unemployment at scale—and we’re looking for an Applications Engineer to help power the tools and systems behind that impact.

💡 What you’ll be doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support our business needs

Building and integrating APIs to enhance functionality across platforms

Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving performance and quality

Using Power Apps and Power Automate to drive efficient, scalable automation

Collaborating closely with the Business Applications team to deliver successful projects

Applying security best practices to everything you build

🛠 What you’ll bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in application development (or a closely related role)

Experience designing, developing, and deploying applications

Exposure to multiple programming languages and frameworks

Solid understanding of API development and integration

A mindset of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork
