Job Description
We're looking for another Computer Science graduate in Panama!
Responsibilities:
As a member of our Integrations team, you will help ensure that clients’ campaigns run smoothly on our platform. You will work with both our internally developed APIs and third-party tools to connect our platform with customers’ systems, enabling lead data to flow from PX to clients without the need for direct development work. You will collaborate across teams, support complex integrations, and contribute to improving integration processes.
Ensure smooth and timely integration of clients’ campaigns, meeting preset SLAs, and contributing to partner performance monitoring during onboarding.
Configure, manage, and maintain integrations using both internally developed APIs and third-party tools to connect PX with customer systems, including data flows across APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
Oversee the processing of integrations and onboarding for both advertisers and publishers, supporting complex setups for enterprise-level clients.
Monitor integrations, analyse issues, proactively resolve technical challenges, and support publisher and client success managers in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Collaborate with the integrations team to identify, document, and implement workflow improvements.
Communicate platform needs and technical requirements effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats such as JSON, HTTP, and XML.
Interest in automation, data flows, and how different systems connect and communicate.
Comfortable working with technical tools such as databases, version control, or no/low-code automation platforms.
2+ years experience in relevant experiences.
Strong communication skills with client-facing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Some experience with scripting in Python or JS, as well as familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Creative problem solver.
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
You have coding and scripting experience, with Python or JS, as well as SQL. Eager to learn to work with applications such as Pipedream, Clickhouse, Jira, Docker, and others as part of day-to-day work.
Eye for automation: if tasks are repetitive, examine how to automate them. We provide several tools to make this possible.
