Role Overview

As an AI Workflow Automation & Optimization Intern, you will play a key role in improving how we work by identifying, building, and optimizing AI-powered workflows across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Product & Operations team to unlock efficiency and drive innovation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build and optimize AI-driven workflows using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools

• Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools, models, and capabilities

• Identify automation opportunities across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams

• Design and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual work

• Maintain and document workflows and integrations

• Support prompt engineering and development of AI use cases

• Analyze processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements

For this position, we are seeking an ambitious individual who can start soon and commit for a minimum of 4–6 months (32–40 hours per week preferred).

• Technical Foundations – Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or automation tools

• Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot

• Basic JavaScript or scripting knowledge

• Exposure to prompt engineering or AI tooling

You are a Bachelor/Master’s student towards the end of your studies.
