Deine Mission:
In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die nächste Generation von Content: Du entwickelst und produzierst Video-Content primär mit generativer AI – von Text-to-Video über Image-to-Video bis hin zu Voice AI. Dabei arbeitest du hands-on mit führenden Tools wie Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, DALL·E, ElevenLabs oder ChatGPT und kombinierst sie zu effizienten, skalierbaren Workflows.
Du entwickelst, testest und optimierst Prompts sowie Content-Pipelines und baust skalierbare Setups für die Batch-Produktion auf. Gleichzeitig treibst du Performance-Marketing-Themen voran, testest Hooks, Creatives und Formate und iterierst datenbasiert entlang von KPIs wie CTR oder Watchtime. Neue AI-Tools, Trends und Möglichkeiten erkennst du früh und integrierst sie gezielt in unsere Prozesse.
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit Performance Creatives, ein Grundverständnis für Finanzen oder Trading sowie erste Kenntnisse in Python oder API-Integrationen mit.
