THE OPPORTUNITY

Context:

As part of Ivalua’s strategic commitment to GenAI adoption, we are creating a new role within our IT department: AI Success Engineer. This position is pivotal in accelerating the deployment and adoption of IVA Agents—our proprietary Generative AI agents—across all Ivalua departments (BUILD, RUN, R&D, GTM, Marketing, Finance HR…). You will be at the heart of Ivalua’s transformation, helping drive innovation, automation, and operational efficiency on a global scale. This is a unique opportunity to have a concrete impact on GenAI’s integration and success at Ivalua, working cross-functionally and directly influencing the way we operate.

Role:

Reporting directly to our VP Information Systems, the AI Success Engineer acts as a vital bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be embedded within internal client teams to understand their domain, identify high-value automation opportunities, and co-develop agentic AI solutions to address real, evolving business challenges.

Within the Extranet team, you’ll be leveraging deep prompting and agent-building expertise to ensure robust, scalable agent deployments. Your work will shape the user experience, drive user adoption, and maximize the value of GenAI across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Guide and support internal Employees / IVA Builders in configuring, deploying, and fine-tuning agents to best meet their operational needs.

• Champion IVA Builders best practices, ensuring robustification, reinforcement, and successful rollout of IVA Agents within the organization.

• Ensure consistency of Agents & Collections libraries across the entire organization to avoid duplicating initiative in building agents & collections and ensuring promotion of the standardized agents, collections and tools

• Act as a proxy for agent users, maintaining strong relationships to ensure high satisfaction and optimal usage.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify pain points, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement of IVA Agents.

• Empower employees to harness the full potential of our GenAI agents, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.

• Contribute to the global GenAI adoption strategy, scaling solutions across multiple departments and geographies.

• Drive communication around IVA in the Extranet: managing users community, organizing webinars and open hours.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths, this role could be for you:

• Demonstrated ability to engage with business users, quickly understand their domain, and co-create solutions for evolving or undefined problem spaces.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI agent tools, especially in prompt engineering, agent building, deployment, and fine-tuning.

• Deep curiosity and understanding of Generative AI & Agents, with a passion for leveraging AI to streamline and automate business processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centric mindset.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a trusted advisor and bridge between technical and business teams.

• Adaptability, creativity, and a drive to create tangible value through innovation.
