Project Overview
We are building the next generation of sales using AI. Our ambition is to create a scalable, high-performance AI-powered sales engine capable of engaging customers through automated voice interactions, while continuously improving performance through data, experimentation, and intelligent scripting. To achieve this, we are looking for an AI Sales Strategist — a hybrid profile combining sales expertise, analytical thinking, and AI-driven execution. This is not a traditional sales role. This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape how sales works in the AI era.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize AI-driven voice campaigns, including call flows and conversational logic
• Develop and refine high-converting scripts tailored to different customer segments and campaign goals
• Analyze campaign performance (conversion, engagement, revenue impact) and identify improvement opportunities
• Run structured experiments (A/B testing) to improve targeting, messaging, and timing
• Translate data insights into actionable changes, continuously improving performance at scale
• Conduct hands-on calls when needed to validate approaches and enhance AI interactions
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to improve automation strategies and customer segmentation
📌 Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, growth, or CRM-focused roles with a strong focus on conversion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Experience writing structured scripts or persuasive customer communication • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems
• Ability to run experiments (A/B testing) and iterate quickly based on results
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build, test, and scale initiatives independently
• Fluent in English, Native in (Spanish or Italian, or German, or French, or Greek)

• Background in high-performance, phone-based sales or structured outreach environments
