You will make a difference

As an AI & Performance Marketing Intern you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. This includes Demand Managers, a Content Marketers, and Performance Marketers who all work together on one shared mission: removing the boring parts of work so everyone at Dapper can think bigger, create better, and move faster.

In addition, you get to learn about the journey of Performance Marketing from start to finish - whether you are managing B2B paid marketing strategies or optimising Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns.

• You are currently registered as a student and will be for the duration of the internship.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English!

• Your are based in the Netherlands

• You are available full-time for 5 - 6 months

• You know how to have fun

• You get energy from improving workflows and building practical solutions that help people work faster.

• You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• You like to experiment, test ideas, iterate, and build things step by step.

• You can translate someone’s pain point into a clear automation, agent or AI-powered solution.

• You enjoy the idea of helping a new team shape how AI is used inside a fast-growing B2B agency.

Extras:

• Studying something in the field of AI, marketing, or tech is a plus but not required.

• Experience with automations or AI agents is great but not required.

• Experience with tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n is helpful but not required.

• Some coding experience is a nice extra but not required.
