We’re looking for a hands-on AI/ML engineer to build production systems across search, recommendations, personalization, LLMs, agentic automation, and chatbots in high-scale e-commerce.

If you enjoy LLM internals, GenAI, ranking, embeddings, distributed ML, reinforcement learning, and MLOps—you’ll love this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (PEFT, IA3, LoRA, QLoRA)
• Build chatbots, RAG systems, and agentic workflows (web/video trend extraction)
• Implement ranking, search relevance, collaborative filtering, personalization
• Apply XGBoost, LightGBM, CNNs, clustering, embeddings
• Hands-on LLM internals: KV-cache, attention, scaling, prefill optimization
• Reinforcement learning (DPO/PPO/RLHF)
• MLOps: SageMaker / Ray / MLFlow / Vertex AI, CI/CD for ML
• Data pipelines, SQL, feature engineering

Requirements:
• 8+ years or experience
• Strong Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX) Transformers, embeddings, traditional ML
• Strong system design & production ML experience
• Experience with search/reco/LLMs is a big plus
