ROLE OVERVIEW
As an AI Implementation Engineer, you are a hands-on builder who designs and implements end-to-end Tonkean solutions directly in customer environments.You will not only build automations, but also shape the full product experience - including user-facing workflows, UI/UX, and interaction patterns - ensuring solutions feel intuitive, useful, and cohesive for the end user.This role is a strong opportunity for people looking for an entry ticket into the engineering world through modern, AI-native building, rather than traditional software development paths. You’ll gain deep exposure to real production systems, enterprise integrations, and end-to-end solution design — all while working on a powerful no-code platform augmented by AI.The role builds on strong implementation fundamentals, while incorporating AI-accelerated and highly iterative ways of working. You will use Tonkean’s no-code platform alongside internal AI-powered tools to design, build, test, and refine solutions efficiently.You’ll take loosely defined customer requests and turn them into working, production-ready solutions that solve real operational problems — from backend logic to the user experience — building strong engineering intuition around systems, workflows, and scalability along the way.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON :
• Design and build end-to-end customer solutions, combining automation logic with thoughtful UI/UX and user interaction flows
• Build and evolve customer-specific solutions within their Tonkean environments during the service phase
• Translate customer requests and business intent into complete, user-facing Tonkean solutions
• Use AI-enabled internal tools to support solution design, configuration, testing, and iteration
• Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and data models to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to refine both functionality and user experience
• Troubleshoot complex technical and experiential challenges in dynamic enterprise environments
• Optimize existing solutions for performance, maintainability, usability, and scalability
• Demo completed solutions and clearly explain both functional and UX design decisions
• Document reusable patterns, best practices, and solution components across logic and UX
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Tonkean platform and provide feedback to Product teamsand high adoption.

ABOUT YOU:
• Have 3+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, automation, or technical customer-facing roles
• Are comfortable working with no-code or low-code platforms and thinking in systems and user flows
• Have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration patterns
• Care about user experience and how solutions feel to the people using them
• Enjoy solving ambiguous problems where both the technical and UX solution need to be shaped
• Are curious about how AI can augment the way solutions are built and delivered
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership over outcomes
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, customer success, and design teams.
• Startup mindset with the ability to build scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS POINTS :
• Technical background, including hands-on engineering experience and/or a degree in computer science.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Background in automation, operations, internal tools, or product configuration
• Experience working with customers post-go-live in a service or support capacity
• Interest in AI-assisted development and modern, product-oriented engineering workflows
• Native-level proficiency in French / Spanish
