AI-Focused SEO Specialist (PH)

We’re looking for an AI-Focused SEO Specialist to help build and scale Moxie’s next-generation SEO program for enterprise MedSpa clients.

This role combines strong foundational SEO skills with a curiosity for AI and automation. You’ll own SEO execution for a portfolio of clients while also building intelligent workflows that make our program faster, smarter, and more scalable.

You won’t just follow a playbook — you’ll help create it. From audits and keyword strategy to AI agents and reporting systems, your work will directly impact client growth and shape how Moxie approaches SEO long-term.

This is a great role for someone who loves both ranking pages and building systems.

What you’ll do

• Own SEO execution end-to-end: Manage SEO for a portfolio of enterprise clients — from audits and keyword research to on-page optimization, execution, and reporting.

• Drive measurable organic growth: Identify and execute opportunities that improve rankings, traffic, and visibility, with clear attribution to your work.

• Build AI-powered workflows: Design and deploy AI agents or automations (e.g., keyword clustering, content briefs, internal linking, alerts) that reduce manual work and improve consistency.

• Improve and scale processes: Turn repeatable SEO workflows into documented SOPs and playbooks that the team can use and build on.

• Enhance reporting and insights: Build or improve SEO reporting systems that deliver clear, actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with content, paid media, and client success teams to align SEO with broader marketing strategy.

• Contribute to program evolution: Identify gaps, propose improvements, and help define what “best-in-class” SEO looks like at Moxie.

What we’re looking for

• Strong foundation in SEO: on-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and site audits.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

• Experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar).

• Bonus if you’ve built workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, or similar.

• Analytical mindset — you can interpret data and translate it into clear actions.

• High ownership — you proactively identify opportunities and follow through without being told.

• Clear communicator, especially in async/remote environments.
