AI-Driven Digital Systems & Integration Manager (all gender)

Your mission:
As our AI-Driven Digital Systems & Integration Manager, you are the strategic mind and driving force behind the intelligent networking of our digital system landscape. You are not only an expert in e-commerce, ERP, and CRM systems, but also a pioneer in the automation and optimization of business processes. Your mission is to take our operational excellence to a new level and set the course for data-driven growth.

• Strategic system integration and optimization:• You will develop and be responsible for the holistic integration strategy for our core systems Shopify, Business Central, and Hubspot.
• You will identify and implement innovative solutions for the seamless linking of data and processes across all platforms.
• You will continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to further develop our system landscape.

• Process automation & efficiency improvement:• You will analyze existing business processes in the areas of e-commerce, marketing, sales, purchasing, and logistics and identify potential for automation.
• You will design and implement intelligent workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and scale our operational processes, ideally using AI-supported solutions.

• Data analysis and business intelligence:• You will establish a central data platform for consolidating and analyzing business data from all systems.
• You will develop meaningful dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• You will use modern analysis methods, including AI where appropriate, to identify trends, patterns, and recommendations for action to increase business success.

• Project and change management:• You will manage complex integration and automation projects from conception to successful implementation.
• You act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• You promote the acceptance and use of new technologies within the company.

Your profile:
• Experience and knowledge:• System expertise:• Extensive experience in the administration and integration of e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify), ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and CRM systems (ideally Hubspot).
• Deep understanding of the respective system architectures and APIs.

• Automation & integration know-how:• Proven track record in designing and implementing challenging automation and integration projects.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) is a big plus.

• Data competence:• Experience in data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
• Confident use of databases (SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) desirable

• Desirable skills:• Experience in managing agile projects (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic understanding of the possibilities of artificial intelligence in a business environment.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry, ideally in the sporting goods sector.
