AI & Automation Venture Development Intern (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities on this role:
• Identify repetitive, time-consuming processes across teams and assess their automation potential, building business cases with ROI projections
• Design and deploy intelligent workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, and modern AI platforms - integrating AI services into business processes
• Use AI coding assistants like Cursor to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions, even with minimal coding background
• Work closely with commercial, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into automation strategies
• Track KPIs and report on business impact of automation initiatives to leadership
• Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and reliability
• Stay ahead of AI and automation trends, bringing strategic recommendations on new tools and approaches to the team

Role requirements:
• You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed studies in economics, business, analytics, or a related field - or have relevant professional experience (internships in consulting, operations, startups preferred)
• You have a genuine interest in AI tools and automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) and enjoy turning business problems into automated solutions
• You bring strong analytical thinking and can spot inefficiencies in business processes, combined with a hands-on execution mentality
• You work independently as a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments - you prefer building solutions over writing reports
• You have basic coding knowledge (Python/JavaScript) OR experience using AI coding assistants like Cursor to build working solutions - or demonstrated ability to learn rapidly
• You can communicate your insights clearly in English (C1+) and German (C2 native-like) - both written and spoken; both languages are required

 
Please note: This role requires fluency in German at a native-like level (C2) and English (C1+). We would love for you to join us in our Berlin office - while we are flexible when needed, we believe great collaboration happens best when we are together.
