Role Summary

We are looking for an execution-driven  AI Automation Engineer to join our Development & AI team. This role exists to bridge the gap between raw data, automation logic, and practical operational insights. You will be responsible for designing the logic behind our AI tools, analyzing complex data patterns, and structuring smart monitoring workflows.

In this role, you aren’t just looking at numbers; you are helping build the architecture that allows us to automate decision-making. You will work closely with AI engineers and operations teams to reduce manual workload and ensure our systems are monitoring the health of our brands 24/7.

What You’ll Do

Design Automation Logic: Define and document the logic flows that power our AI tools and automation scripts to ensure efficient execution.

Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition: Analyze datasets from Amazon (SP-API), SellerCloud, and other internal systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for automation.

Optimize Monitoring Workflows: Work closely with AI engineers to refine monitoring logic, ensuring we catch issues before they impact the business.

System Improvements: Proactively identify gaps in our current infrastructure and propose structural improvements to our automation stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, and Marketing teams to translate their needs into technical logic.

Drive Efficiency: Aim to reduce manual operational tasks by 60%+ through the deployment of smart tools and automations.

Qualifications

3-5 years of software engineering experience with production-level code deployment

Strong proficiency in Python, including clean code practices and modular design

Solid SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and pipeline logic

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Comfort working across the stack when needed
