With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

We are looking for a Freelance AI Agent Builder to join our People Insights & Strategy (PIS) team, focusing on building smart automation solutions for HR and operational processes. In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered agents and workflows that help streamline manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enable better decision-making across People functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable automation systems

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents to automate People Insights & HR processes
• Build and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with PIS and stakeholders to translate needs into automation solutions
• Test, iterate, and ensure reliability of AI-driven processes
• Deliver projects based on agreed timelines and milestones

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development
• Hands-on experience with n8n and API integrations
• Familiar with LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI) and workflow automation concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
• Able to work independently with flexible hours while meeting deadlines
