We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Builder & Automation Specialist to join Payoneer’s revenue growth AI and Business Tech team. This role is execution-focused: building real AI agents, automations, and workflows that integrate directly into Payoneer’s growth processes and systems.

What You’ll Do

AI Agents & Automation

• Design, build, and own production-grade AI agents supporting operational, risk, support, and business workflows.

• Architect multi-step agent flows combining LLM reasoning, deterministic business rules, structured data validation, and external integrations.

• Implement routing, enrichment, decisioning, evaluation, fallback handling, and basic RAG patterns.

• Optimize agents for reliability, latency, and cost; continuously monitor and improve production performance.

• Design and implement complex workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or n8n as core orchestration platforms.

• Build multi-system automations with branching, parallelism, retries, rate limiting, and failure recovery.

• Extend platforms using JavaScript or Python for custom logic and transformations.

• Manage packaging, versioning, and deployments across environments (dev / staging / production) with logging and observability.

Data, APIs & Integrations

• Design and work with structured data systems such as Microsoft Dataverse, modeling entities, relationships, validation rules, and controlled data flows.

• Map structured data into AI workflows with schema enforcement and deterministic outputs, ensuring data consistency and idempotent execution.

• Design and manage REST APIs and webhook-based, event-driven architectures across enterprise systems.

Security, Reliability & Collaboration

• Apply data minimization, PII protection, access controls, and secure credential management.

• Balance automation speed with operational stability, compliance, and risk considerations.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI automation architectures.

• Partner cross-functionally and document architecture and data flows for maintainability.

Who You Are

• 1+ year of hands-on production experience building and deploying AI agents and automation workflows (not just prototypes).

• Strong scripting capability — fluent in JavaScript and/or Python, writing custom logic, API handlers, and data transformations.

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate or n8n, building complex multi-step flows including branching, parallelism, retries, throttling, custom connectors/HTTP actions, and environment management.

• Proven experience building AI agents using LLM APIs (Copilot, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI), including prompt engineering, structured JSON outputs, function/tool calling, routing, evaluation, decisioning, and basic RAG.

• Strong understanding of structured data modeling, including Microsoft Dataverse, GCP, or similar relational/structured platforms.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth2/API key authentication, JSON schema validation, and webhook-based architectures.

• Experience orchestrating multi-system automations across enterprise SaaS environments with reliable execution.

• Strong understanding of data protection, PII handling, and secure system design.

• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, production-ready automation architectures.

• Strong ownership mindset — independently design, build, test, and deploy solutions.

• Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew is an advantage).
