Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (MENA)
At The Trading Pit, we are building one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading platforms globally. As we continue expanding our international footprint, partnerships play a central role in how we grow, connect with traders, and strengthen our presence in key markets.
We are looking for an Arabic- and French-speaking Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive trader acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the MENA region, with a focus on affiliates, trading academies, educators, influencers, and strategic partners.
This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who understands performance-based partnerships, knows how to build trusted relationships in the trading and fintech space, and is excited to help grow The Trading Pit across one of the most dynamic and fast-growing trading regions globally.
The role reports to the Head of Business Development and can be based in Cyprus, Spain, the MENA region, or remotely, depending on the candidate’s location and regional coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with affiliates, trading academies, educators, influencers, and strategic partners across the MENA region
Manage and scale existing partner relationships
Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and contracts
Monitor partner performance and regional KPIs, optimizing results in collaboration with Marketing and other internal teams
Ensure compliance, prevent fraud, and maintain high partner quality
Represent TTP at industry events, expos, and conferences across the region and internationally
Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and regional partner feedback
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or partnerships, preferably within fintech, prop trading, FX/CFD, brokerage, or a related industry
Strong understanding of affiliate and performance-based marketing models
Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
Fluent Arabic, mandatory
Fluent French, mandatory
Fluent English, mandatory
Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset
Strong understanding of the MENA trading, fintech, or affiliate landscape
Nice to Have
Background in prop trading, trading education, or brokerage environments
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Cellxpert or Everflow
Experience collaborating with influencers, educators, or performance marketing partners in MENA
Knowledge of Futures, CFDs, and stock trading instruments
Existing network of affiliates, trading academies, IBs, educators, or fintech partners across the region
