What You’ll Do

You’ll work at the intersection of customer success and engineering, helping clients integrate our tools, solve complex issues, and unlock maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Onboarding & Implementation

Guide customers through technical setup and integration.

Assist with SDK, API, and tag implementations.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Investigate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with engineering.

Provide detailed insights into performance, tracking, and metrics.

Client Engagement

Own customer relationships from a technical perspective.

Translate complex tech language into customer-friendly solutions.

Internal Collaboration

Share customer feedback and technical insights with Product.

Help improve internal documentation and support tools.

Who You Are

A problem solver who is both customer-oriented and technically skilled in AdTech. Able to simplify technical concepts and communicate clearly. Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

Requirements

2+ years in an AdTech technical client-facing role (e.g., solutions engineer, TAM, support engineer).

Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and browser-based debugging tools, Prebid integration.

Fluent English; strong written and verbal skills.
