The role is a salaried position and will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the foundation staff to advance the work and focus of the foundation
Responsibilities:
Create a warm and welcoming environment of respect and positive communication
Manage and maintain suite, office supplies, and breakroom
Support appointment making, scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of meeting materials preparation
Prepare and organize travel files for partner trips, conferences and team meetings
Support with Partner Meetings and events as needed
Maintain and organize files for the Board Meetings and keep the Board Book updated
Maintain and implement Critical Task Lists for PTE & LASC and field inquiries for PTE and LASC
Assist the team with requests as needed to support the foundation’s work.
Perform receptionist duties answering phone calls and greeting guest to suite
Manage all professional organizations and memberships
Distribute the mail and make trips to the post office, Fed Ex, UPS as needed
Coordinate with 3rd party tech support to address issues as needed
Support 3rd party vendor through preparation of Accounts Payable for PTE and LASC
Prepare excel spreadsheets for weekly AP, and credit cards
Process staff and Board Member Expense reports and stipends
Arrange catering and/or meeting refreshments as required
Additional Expectations:
Candidate will reside in St. Louis, MO region and work out of the Chesterfield, MO office
The LASC team members work together predominantly from our office
Understands the role of LASC and philanthropic organizations as a supportive and long-term relationship with its Partners
Assist the President and Executive Director of the foundation as requested and perform additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
3-5 years professional administrative experience is required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and professional skills are required
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong desire and ability to learn
Enjoys networking and identifying solutions in response to challenges
Associate or bachelor’s degree will be a plus, but not required

Wage and Benefits
$50,000- $65,000 dependent upon earnings history, skills, and qualifications
Paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, and retirement plan benefits are provided
