• Support the digitalization journey of treasury and accounting processes through software-based improvement projects
• Contribute to automation-focused projects by utilizing digital tools such as Excel macros, VBA, and RPA solutions
• Assist in identifying and improving manual and repetitive financial processes
• Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities
• Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, treasury operations, and Bosch internal processes
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to financial process improvement projects

• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in process digitalization, automation, and software-driven improvement projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Interest in Excel macros, VBA, or RPA tools (prior knowledge is preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn financial processes, accounting workflows, and corporate systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
