About the role
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will actively support the department in its daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in invoice processing and supplier communications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a solid understanding of accounting processes while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.
Responsibilities
Process and record invoices accurately using accounting software.
Support accounting and tax-related tasks, including data entry and verification of VAT rates applied.
Assist in reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of accounts payable transactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes by identifying and suggesting efficiencies.
Demonstrate professionalism in the workplace, including: Learning and using industry-specific vocabulary; Communicating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders; Showing diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Eligible to provide an internship agreement for a duration of 6 months.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluent in French and a good level of English.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
Bachelor's degree: €1,000
1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
