Descripción general

Buscamos un/a profesional de ventas orientado/a al desarrollo de negocio para impulsar el crecimiento de las soluciones de Control y Building Management Systems (BMS) de Trane y Kieback&Peter.
Esta persona será clave para identificar oportunidades, fortalecer relaciones con clientes y partners, y posicionar nuestras soluciones de control dentro del mercado HVAC y de eficiencia energética.
Responsabilidades principales

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para incrementar la presencia de las soluciones de Control y BMS/EBMS en el mercado.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en sectores clave (comercial, terciario, retail, etc.).
Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, presentación técnica-comercial, elaboración de propuestas y cierre.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos comerciales de producto y servicio para garantizar propuestas competitivas y alineadas con la estrategia de la compañía.
Realizar visitas regulares a clientes finales, ingenierías, instaladores y partners.
Mantener actualizada la información en las herramientas internas de gestión comercial y plan de negocio.
Representar a Trane Technologies en eventos, formaciones y presentaciones técnicas.
Contribuir al posicionamiento de TT como líder en soluciones HVAC, y control orientadas a la eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad.
Requisitos

Experiencia previa en ventas técnicas, idealmente en el sector HVAC, automatización, BMS o soluciones de control.
Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de climatización, integración y protocolos de comunicación (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma orientado/a a resultados.
Nivel adecuado de inglés para entorno multinacional .
Disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro del territorio asignado.

About the Role
Trane is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our Control and Building Management System (BMS/EBMS) solutions for Trane and Kieback&Peter. If you’re passionate about HVAC, automation, and energy‑efficiency technologies—and enjoy developing new business—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Grow market presence for our Control and BMS/EBMS solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key segments (commercial, tertiary, retail, etc.)
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, technical‑commercial presentations, proposals, and closing
Work closely with product and service sales teams to build competitive proposals
Build strong relationships with customers, engineering firms, installers, and partners
Represent Trane Technologies at events, trainings, and technical presentations
Maintain accurate CRM and forecasting updates
What You Bring

Experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, automation, BMS, or controls
Knowledge of HVAC systems, integration, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset
English proficiency for a multinational environment
Availability to travel within the assigned territory
