Our client is a SaaS company that has been developing internal search engines for e-commerce since 2011. Providing easily applicable software, our client’s mission has been to help businesses grow by selling their products online more efficiently. To further accelerate their growth in the market, the company is looking for Sales Executives to work in their Madrid office.

They are looking for a confident and engaged Account Executive who will proficiently drive business growth by acquiring and contacting new potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives via calls and emails. You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, you are motivated, committed, and structured.

Main Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets
Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively
Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company
Core Skills/Experience
2-3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on SMBs
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling
Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, SalesForce and sales automation software
Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales techniques
Native in German; Fluent in English and/or Spanish

Nice to Have

Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions
Has worked in fast-growing tech startups or high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
Familiarity with search technologies or digital retail solutions
Expertise in market research and competitor analysis
