The Role

As an Account Executive reporting to the International Sales organization, you will own new business acquisition in Israel, targeting high-fit technology companies that align with our ideal customer profile. You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end - from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close - operating with high autonomy and limited day-to-day oversight.

You will collaborate and get support from the local Technical Account Management and Customer Success teams for technical alignment and post-sale handoff, and partner with the CEO on strategic deal alignment and market positioning. This is a pure-hunter role focused on landing new logos in Israel’s dynamic, fast-growing tech ecosystem.

Employment Type: Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with a potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Reports to: International Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage your territory in Israel: prospect, qualify, and close new business deals independently with minimal day-to-day guidance.

• Execute full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, demo/pilot coordination, negotiation, and closing of medium-to-high complexity deals.

• Build and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline; keep tools, forecasts, and activity logs up to date.

• Create tailored business value statements, account plans, and prioritization frameworks to drive consistent pipeline generation and progression.

• Lead deal reviews, anticipate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth closes.

• Customize conversations and solutions by industry, company size, and use case (e.g., embedded AI analytics for product teams).

• Articulate Sisense's ROI, navigate C-level and LOB stakeholders, and break down complex concepts into clear, consumable value.

• Collaborate effectively with ecosystem partners, cross-functional teams (CS, Product, TAM), and champions to accelerate deals.

• Mentor/coach peers on best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly/annual quota with drive, resilience, and a bias for action.

About You

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS/tech sales experience (not inside sales only), with a proven track record of closing new logos end-to-end.

• Strong mastery of sales fundamentals: qualification (MEDDPICC), territory mapping, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while knowing when to seek support.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-level executives and LOB leaders.

• Deep understanding of value selling: ability to articulate ROI, customize messaging, and recommend tailored solutions.

• Resilient and results-driven; handles setbacks with focus and courage.

• Collaborative and coachable; displays mutual respect, open to feedback, and willing to mentor others.

• Self-starter with proactive learning mindset; identifies knowledge gaps and seeks expertise.

• Fluent in Hebrew and English (additional languages a plus); strong understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem.
