About The Role:
As a quota-carrying Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and relationship building with key stakeholders to negotiation and contract finalization.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of Shapes’s solution and articulating its direct impact on customer ROI.
• Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients
• Empowering prospects to connect their goals and challenges with our HR PeopleOS platform.
• Crafting strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to help customers maximize value from our HR PeopleOS platform.
• Serving as the primary contact for product knowledge, relationship management, and commercial matters.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Your Experience & Skills:
• 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS fast-paced company, with a significant advantage for experience in HRIS and employee lifecycle processes.
• A proven track record of sales success and overachievement.
• The ability to understand client needs and find effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple leads, sales pipeline, and deadlines effectively.
• Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
• A driven, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• A collaborative, high-energy team player attitude.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• A BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
