The Role

In this role, you won't just be closing deals; you will be the architect of the entire sales process. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new partnerships with Accounting Offices.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process from initial prospecting and outbound outreach to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.

• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of accounting offices. Use our qualification playbooks to ensure a perfect fit between the firm’s needs and the Holded ecosystem.

• Partner Program Advocacy: Master the Holded Partner Program to pitch its benefits—transforming accounting firms from service providers into strategic advisors.

• Pipeline Management: Manage a mix of high-intent inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities.

• Strategic Cross-selling: Identify opportunities within your portfolio to upsell and expand Holded’s footprint.

• Expert Communication: Deliver high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to the accounting and professional services sector.
