Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to lead targeted ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts while supporting broader demand generation initiatives that drive pipeline growth.
This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align account strategies with measurable growth objectives.
This is an ideal role for a marketer who understands enterprise buying complexity, thrives on personalization at scale, and is equally comfortable building strategy and executing programs
Key Responsibilities
Own ABM strategy and execution for strategic enterprise accounts
Partner with Sales to develop account plans, define target buying groups, and align on revenue goals
Build and orchestrate multi-touch account-based programs across email, digital advertising, direct mail, executive events, and coordinated sales engagement
Develop tailored messaging and content strategies aligned to industry trends and competitive positioning
Translate intent data and engagement signals into prioritized account action plans
Measure account engagement, buying group penetration, influenced pipeline, and revenue progression
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Own the pipeline growth strategy – defining how Marketing drives revenue through account-based and integrated demand initiatives
Plan and execute campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, events, and nurture programs
Contribute to campaign planning across content, paid media, webinars, etc.
Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure lead routing, scoring, and account matching are optimized for enterprise and strategic segments
Provide insights into campaign effectiveness, audience performance, and pipeline contribution
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
Proven success executing ABM programs tied to pipeline and revenue impact
Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams in named-account strategies
Expertise in demand generation and content marketing with demonstrated results
Proficiency with ABM and marketing platforms such as Demandbase and HubSpot
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Familiarity with Paid Search best practices, SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies
Prior experience in the technology or home or healthcare sector
What We'd Be Excited to Find (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA, or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2–3 years focused on ABM in enterprise SaaS
Team oriented with strong intrapersonal skills and demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking, motivated by helping others succeed
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Creative and strategic thinker
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate engagement data into strategy
Adaptive and responsive to the dynamic marketing landscape
Working Conditions
