About the project

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure’s reliability and scalability. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless code deployments and robust system performance.

How you'll contribute

✅ Design, build, and standardize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) to support multiple development teams.
✅ Build and evolve a self-service, GitOps-driven platform on Azure.
✅ Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
✅ Contribute to architecture and security configuration decisions within Azure and Kubernetes.
✅ Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm to standardize and automate cloud environments.
✅ Establish reusable automation patterns and platform standards across teams.
✅ Integrate and automate security tooling within CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets scanning) in alignment with the dedicated security team.
✅ Maintain and optimize existing pipelines and platform components.
✅ Standardize CI/CD and deployment practices across 7–8 parallel teams.
✅ Enable development teams through platform improvements and self-service capabilities.
✅ Troubleshoot and debug production issues across services, infrastructure, and Kubernetes clusters.
✅ Participate in incident response and post-mortem activities when required.
✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure consistent platform evolution.
✅ Take ownership of platform components, driving improvements proactively and independently.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Azure DevOps / Platform Engineering.
✨ Strong hands-on experience with Azure (primary cloud).
✨ Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
✨ Proven experience in automating and optimizing development and release processes.
✨ Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
✨ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
✨ Experience implementing security tooling within CI/CD pipelines.
✨ Ability to maintain and optimize existing pipelines.
✨ Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
✨ Strong experience with Git.
✨ Experience debugging production issues.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
